Who we are

Hello SOC (“we”, “us”) provides managed security monitoring and response. For enquiries you send us through this website, we are the Data Fiduciary under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP).

Where it's stored

In India. We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (for example, our email/CRM and the sales inbox that receives your enquiry), under contract.

How long we keep it

Enquiries: until resolved and for a reasonable follow-up period, then deleted. Marketing contacts: until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can access, correct, or erase your data, withdraw consent, or nominate someone to act for you, and you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India. To exercise any of these, email [email protected].

Customer log data (a note for our customers)

When we monitor a customer’s security logs, that data belongs to the customer: they are the Data Fiduciary and we act as their Data Processor. How we handle it — India residency, encryption, per-customer isolation, retention, sub-processors and AI triage — is described in each customer’s Data Processing Agreement.
